Ekta Kapoor wins Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award

The coveted Leap of Faith Awards in association with Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. and ET Now announced Balaji Joint MD, Ekta Kapoor, as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.
The jury comprised respected names in India Inc., headed by the Chairman of Marico Industries, Harsh Mariwala. He was supported by Renuka Ramnath, Prasoon Joshi, Deepak Ghaisas and Jerry Rao, among others.
Ekta Kapoor was felicitated by Jitin Prasada (Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways) and Sunil Lulla (MD, Times TV Group) at a glittering event held at a South Mumbai hotel last evening. The dynamic lady entrepreneur thanked her parents and everyone at Balaji Telefilms, including Group CEO Puneet Kinra, CEO - Television Puneet Kinraand CEO - Motion Pictures Tanuj Garg, who were present at the occasion.
The Leap of Faith Awards are synonymous with celebrating the achievements of India's young entrepreneurs.
