The proposed nationwide strike that was called by the Film Federation of India (FFI) on 23rd February 2012 has been called off. Filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt has spoken to the finance minister Pranab Mukherjee. They were asked to be patient till the Budget and will take a call if the Budget is not satisfactory then they would take steps accordingly. -- Published on February 24, 2012
