The lone ranger starts production! Hey guys thanks again for tuning back into Funrahi movies, Im your host Tatiana carrier with the details on the lone ranger. According to a press release put out by walt Disney pictures, Lone Ranger is finally going into production.... So the cameras are officially rolling, and in no lack of locations either-- the release cites location shoots in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Colorado, which suggests that the Ranger and trusty Tonto will be running all over the desert in the course of their adventures. As you guys know, Johnny Depp is the big name star of the film, reuniting with his Pirates director Gore Verbinski, but the title character is played by Armie Hammer, who is also in the hugely anticipated snow white tale, mirror mirror. HOWEVER A plot synopsis on the release explains how Depp's Tonto may wind up being the main character after all: It reads: "The Lone Ranger" is a thrilling adventure infused with action and humor, in which the famed masked hero is brought to life through new eyes. Native American spirit warrior Tonto (Johnny Depp) recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid (Armie Hammer), a man of the law, into a legend of justice—taking the audience on a runaway train of epic surprises and humorous friction as the two unlikely heroes must learn to work together and fight against greed and corruption."
