At long last 20th Century Fox finally acquired the rights to "Guys And Dolls" and it looks like they're planning to remake the classic film with two of Hollywood's biggest names already in mind. "Guys And Dolls" was originally released in 1955, based on the popular musical about gangsters and gamblers in 1920's New York. A remake of this movie has been in the works for a long time now, with actors like Hugh Jackman, Vin Diesel, and Russell Crowe all rumored to be interested in joining the cast, but acquiring the rights to the musical has always been a big stumbling block. But finally, a deal has been made, and Fox is ready to move forward with "Guys And Dolls" with Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt as their leading men, according to Deadline. Now Tatum and JGL will have some big shoes to fill as they'll be recreating the roles originally made famous by Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando. But are they the best choices to bring these iconic characters back to the big screen? We know from "500 Days of Summer" that JGL knows his way around a song-and-dance-routine, and we've seen Channing Tatum's dance moves plenty of times in films like "Magic Mike," "Step Up," and "Step Up 2: The Streets." Deadline reports that both actors are interested in the project, but as of now there is no director or writer attached so it might be a while until we see this movie hit the theaters. So are you ready for this remake? And which actors do you think would be the best casting picks? As always tell us below or on Twitter @FunrahiMovies! I can't wait to see your picks.
