The Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan was speaking at the launch of Deanne Panday's fitness book 'Shut Up and Train'. where he expressed his desire to play negative characters in Bollywood movies."The book has strong message -- don't look for excuses to not work out, start training. He said, I finish shooting at 10 or 11 pm, I come home, put the kids to sleep, have dinner, spend time with family. And then at 2.30-3 AM I work out.
