Filmmaker Karan Johar has managed to "pleasantly shock" actor Ranbir Kapoor, who shares screen space with him in Anurag Kashyap`s upcoming film `Bombay Velvet`. "Karan is a good actor and I was pleasantly surprised by his acting. He has a great clarity and passion towards his work.
