Bollywood Actress Kareena Kapoor recently gave a surprise visit to the sets of Kabir Khan's Phantom to meet hubby Saif ali Khan and his co star Katrina Kaif. Ranveer Singh feels film promotions should not extend for more than 5 to 7 days.
